Michael Lyons is a Wiradjuri Elder who has accumulated a wealth of information about his ancient culture. Michael has two workshops and galleries located in Narrandera, NSW, which he can guide you through, showing in the first how he takes raw wood and turns it into traditional Didgeridoos, Boomerangs, Coolamons and more by soaking them in water, debarking, hollowing, sanding, carving, polishing and painting.
